A user may return any product during the time of delivery or on the same delivery day.
Here’s the condition for returning any items:

  1. Delivering wrong product to customers.
  2. If products found damaged during delivery.
  3. If the product is not same as described in website
  4. If customers have received any product with wrong quality and quantity.
  5. Product is delivered in an unhealthy/unexpected condition.
  6. You have to inform SailanceBD about return the product within the same delivery day.

Refund Policy:

  1. SailanceBD is always tries to deliver the best products on time to its customers. But if we are not able to provide or deliver the products to our customers, we will notify you within 12 hours for any special item requested by customers and 6 hours for any items via phone, text or email.
  2. If the service, that SailanceBD fails to complete, requires any refund, it be done maximum within 7 Days after our acknowledgement.

Refund payment can be done under two conditions:

  1. If customer cancel the order (Full or Partial) after payment.
  2. If SailanceBD is not able to fulfill the order or if the products are discontinued by Sailancebd.com

Refund Process:

  1. To Apply for refund customer has to contact at the helpline 01911-120 112.
  2. Our Customer Service Team will send a refund form to the customer by email from refund@sailancebd.com.
  3. Customer will fill up the refund form and resend it to refund@sailancebd.com
  4. After receiving the email from customer SailanceBD will take 5 days to process the necessary verification and complete the refund process.
  5. If the refund amount is below Tk 10,000 for COD the refund amount will be disbursed through BKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.
  6. If the refund amount is above Tk. 10,000 for COD, sailancebd.com will issue an account payee cheque to the customers.
